What are the payment options?

We offer online payments only at the moment.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

There are no cancellation charges if you cancel within 24 hours of creating the order. Post 24 hours, a service charge of 10% of the original price of non-customized and 20% of the original price of the customized products will be deducted and the rest will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

Do you offer gift cards?

Please write to us or call us in case you would want to buy a gift card.

Can I get customized merchandize?

We do offer customized science themed notebooks and mugs for workshops, conferences, schools and colleges.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge a small shipping fees of Rs. 30 on orders below Rs. 1999 for standard shipping (3-5 business days). The charges are Rs. 50 for an expedited 2 days delivery.
