Marketing Associate

 

Position Overview

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to help increase the visibility of Vigyan Vyanjan through digital campaigns, outreach initiatives, exhibits, and game demonstrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys science communication, education, events, and creative marketing.

Delhi NCR (Hybrid) - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for digital and offline outreach

  • Reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions for partnerships and sales

  • Identify and coordinate participation in exhibitions, fairs, and relevant events

  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar

  • Handle social media posting and engagement

  • Assist with content creation when required

  • Conduct demos and presentations of Vigyan Vyanjan’s games

 

Qualification

  • Graduate in any field; background in science preferred

  • Prior experience in digital marketing, outreach, or communications is required

  • Experience in organising events or exhibitions is preferred

Skills needed

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for interacting with teachers, educators, and scientists

  • Good writing skills, with the ability to draft emails and promotional content independently

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage

  • Interest in learning and explaining the science concepts and gameplay mechanics behind Vigyan Vyanjan’s games

  • Comfortable with hands-on event participation and public interaction

 

Compensation

  • ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience

  • Additional performance-based incentives for sales and event coordination

Biology Game Developer

 

Position Overview

We are looking for a part-time Biology Game Developer to work on transforming biology concepts into engaging tabletop games. The role involves developing game ideas, structuring gameplay mechanics, and simplifying scientific concepts into interactive learning experiences.

Delhi NCR (Hybrid preferred)

Remote

 

Responsibilities

  • Research existing biology and educational games to understand gameplay mechanics and learning design

  • Convert biology concepts into structured gameplay for topics such as cell cycle, human physiology, evolution, genetics, and ecology

  • Develop and refine game mechanics, rules, and learning objectives

  • Write rulebooks, information booklets, and teacher guides for the games

  • Create slide decks, brochures, and supporting educational material

  • Write game descriptions for packaging, website listings, and social media

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, illustrators, and marketing associates to develop promotional and educational content

 

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in science, preferably biology or life sciences

  • Experience in science communication, writing, or educational content creation

  • Teaching experience (formal or informal) is an added advantage

  • Interest in games, learning tools, and interactive education

 

Skills Required

  • Ability to simplify and communicate biology concepts clearly

  • Strong writing and organisational skills

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage

  • Interest in learning and analysing gameplay mechanics

  • Comfortable with collaborative and creative work processes

 

Compensation

₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience
